Customs & Import Duties

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@roielmaliah.com. Kindly include clear photos of the packaging and artwork along with a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation and file a claim with the carrier to ensure the matter is handled quickly and efficiently.
