Refund policy

Each artwork is released as part of a unique edition and individually produced with great care. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of the works, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or in defective condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@roielmaliah.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

• A short description of the damage

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.

Handmade Characteristics

Please note that subtle variations in color, texture, or fine detail are a natural result of the artistic and hand-finished process. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not constitute defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
